Refund Policy

Refund requests are handled under Paddle's refund policy.

Payments for CDLCatch are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's refund policy applies to transactions completed through Paddle, including any statutory refund or withdrawal rights that may apply in your location.

Paddle Policy

Paddle policy applies to every refund request.

Merchant of record

Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for CDLCatch purchases made through Paddle. Paddle manages payment collection, tax handling, invoices, receipts, cancellations, and refund processing for those transactions.

Paddle refund policy

Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis or where an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right applies.

Technical or product issues

If you experience a persistent technical issue or material product defect, contact CDLCatch first so we can try to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, Paddle may review the request under its refund policy.

Access after refund

If Paddle approves and processes a refund for a CDLCatch transaction, access to the relevant paid product or subscription may end in accordance with Paddle's policy and the status of the transaction.

Important refund terms.

  • Paddle's transaction records are used to verify eligibility and timing, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
  • If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, you may still cancel the subscription to prevent future billing.
  • Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible.

Request a refund through Paddle.

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, submit a request through the support link in your receipt or billing page, or visit paddle.net and select the refund request option.
